Order and Payment

All orders placed with Sensequarters.com, the billing name must match with the credit card. In some case, your card issuer may need to confirm your detail. More information can be found in the Privacy and Term.

Please note that Sense Quarters reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with our security criteria. Customers must confirm payment of the order with Sense Quarters within 7 days from the order date. Otherwise, yours order will automatically cancelled by Sense Quarters.

Payment Account Information

Apart from Paypal, Sensequarters.com accepts bank-in payment. Please send the payment receipt to Sense Quarters through email for the payment confirmation within 7 days from the order date. Order is accepted after the payment confirmation.

Shipping

Shipping of product is conducted by S.F. Express. Shipping starts after the confirmation of payment and shipping bill is paid by customer. To estimate your shipping fee, please visit the official website of S.F. Express. Below please find the reference of shipping time:

  • Domestic shipping within 1-3 days
  • International shipping within 7-10 days

Please note that shipping times are to be used as guide only and the real shipping time depends on the shipping company. Sense Quarters cannot take responsibility for delays due to any reason such as customs clearance and payment transaction.

Exchange

All products except underwear can be exchanged. All purchased items must be unused with their original package provided. Also, exchange will only be accepted under below situation:

  • Sense Quarters delivers wrong products to customers (E.g: Wrong colour, size, etc.)
  • Sense Quarters delivers damaged products to customers

Return and Exchange Procedure:

Customer need to send email to Sense Quarters for the exchange within 10 days from the order date. Customer should describe the issue in the email clearly and photos of products should be attached in the email.

Sense Quarters will process the require of exchange after checking the ordering record. Once the require of exchange is accepted, Sense Quarters will send email to customer for the confirmation.

Then, customer can ship the product to us and shipping bill will be paid by Sense Quarters.

Exchange product will be delivered when Sense Quarters receives the returned product from the customer. Please noted that the shipping bill for the exchange products will be paid by the customer and Sense Quarters will not be able to provide a refund on any shipping fees charged for the original order.

Ordering

Please note that order placed on Saturday, Sunday and Special Public Holiday (we will inform you the date by email) will be dispatched the following Monday. Also, if your name entered during checkout is different from the name in the payment card you registered, the order will not be accepted.
